Return Policy

15 day return policy

Once you accept the product and find one of the valid reasons listed below then you are eligible for return / refund. 

  • If the product received doesn't match your order.
  • If the product received is not functioning, damaged, or doesn't fit you.
  • You are not eligible for return or refund after 7 days of receiving your order.
  • You have to initiate the process for the return / refund within 7 days of receiving your product. 
  • Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Steps to follow to return a product -

  • Take a snapshot of your invoice and your product.
  • Write an email to with a subject line return or refund.
  • Mention the valid reason for return or refund.
  • Attach the invoice and product snapshot to the email and send it to us.
  • Your email will be reviewed by our team and they will send you detailed instructions on steps to be followed.
  • Follow the instructions sent to you and then return the product back to the address on the package.
  • And you will be getting full refund or we will send a replacement product- as per your wishes.
  • Once the return / refund process is initiated it will take 15 to 30 days to process the return / refund to your account.
